_ The Carer role will be offered as a casual position to cover the am, pm and night shift rosters of the Care Home with a view to permanency._

What will you bring?

Min Certificate 3 qualification in either; Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
A passion and energy for world class care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
