Our client is an established provider of experienced, qualified nursing staff to Care Facilities and Home Community Care across Australia.

They are a highly successful organisation that has grown exponentially over the past three years. The team is inclusive, family orientated, professional with a good sense of humour

This role is an excellent opportunity to truly support a dynamic CFO who works at a fast pace and has a terrific sense of humour


Your days will always be varied, however you can expect to be:

  • Supporting the Chief Financial Officer,
  • Creating and producing reports and spreadsheets,
  • Analysing reports and spreadsheets,
  • Data analysis,
  • Financial presentations,
  • Assisting in administrative functions for meetings and events,
  • Minute taking,
  • Scheduling meetings,
  • Managing calendar bookings and inboxes,
  • General office management duties, taking calls,
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately,
  • Working cohesively with other team members,
  • General accounting and administrative duties.

What you'll need to succeed:


  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure,
  • Previous experience supporting a CFO or Financial Manager,
  • An affinity with numbers,
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills,
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills,
  • Solid knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Suite in particular Outlook, Power point, Word and Excel (including VLookup and Pivot tables),
  • Confident, professional, and friendly phone manner,
  • Sense of urgency,
  • Commitment to fulltime work (Monday-Friday 9am 5pm) punctual and reliable,
  • A positive, team player approach.
