Mobilize are seeking a Service Coordinator for our client who is an industry leader in the design, manufacture, and delivery of purpose-built systems to the O&G / Mining and Industrial sectors. This permanent position presents as a fantastic opportunity for someone to entrench themselves within this highly innovative team and forge a long-term career with growth opportunities.


Responsibilities;

  • Coordinate with procurement, Warehouse and the Service Centre to facilitate on time delivery of customer orders.
  • Monitor and schedule testing tasks for all technicians.
  • Preparation of customer quotes for calibration and testing jobs, while prioritising and assigning jobs during peak periods.
  • Respond to customer enquiries.
  • Liase with the service team.
  • Dispatch products with the relevant documentation.

Required skills & Experience;

  • 2 years' experience in general office duties.
  • Experience in the Engineering and Resource sector preferable.
  • Strong administrative background.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in NATA procedures and certificates (preferable, not essential).
All product knowledge and training will be provided in house from our client. You just need a great work ethic and attitude.
