Description
6 months contract with possibility of extension or Permanency

  • Free parking on site as well as walking distance from public transport
  • Requires Payroll experience with immediate start

Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain employee records, process new employee onboarding, and calculate and prepare terminations.
  • Reconciliations for Annual Leave, Long Service Leave, and Sick Leave and managing manual pay adjustments.
  • Ensure accurate timekeeping.
  • Generate/reprint payslips as needed and notify of overpayments.
  • Achieve a clear understanding of the Crown Enterprise Agreement, Crown HR Policies, and Crown's Vision and Values Statement.
  • Highest level of detail required to ensure all data that are entered into the internal systems is uptodate and accurate.
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll queries as well as liaison with external stakeholders for all related queries.
  • Provide crosstraining and leave relief.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems, Microsoft Office suite, and HRIS.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
