We are a leading Real Estate company, known for our exceptional client service and robust market presence. We are currently seeking a professional and diligent Receptionist to join our dynamic team.

This role is an excellent opportunity to engage with a diverse client base and play a key part in administrative operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the first point of contact for our company, managing and directing phone
calls with professionalism and courtesy.

clients, staff, and external partners.

  • Conduct thorough reference checks for potential clients and partners, maintaining
a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing
calendars, and organising files and documents.

  • Assist in maintaining a welcoming and organised reception area, ensuring a
positive first impression for all visitors.

  • Contribute to the smooth running of the office by performing various clerical tasks
as needed.


Requirements:


  • Speak in fluent Chinese and English. Ability to speak Filipino and Indonesian languages is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Proficiency in handling telephone switchboards and managing multiple lines.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced
environment.

  • Familiarity with basic office equipment and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within the Real Estate industry.
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving and strong attention to detail.

Salary:
$50k - $65k plus Super
