Airfreight Export Coordinator at

Role Highlights

Assist with all aspects of customer service, including customer complaints, in a timely manner
Provide cost indications to clients and update all filing systems as per process
Responsible for endtoend Airfreight Export shipments including registration, paperwork, invoicing etc.

We're looking for someone with strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, with relevant experience in the air export and perishables space.

You will need to be tech savvy with MS Office (MS Word, Excel etc.), and have the motivation to learn new systems and processes.
