An opportunity has arisen for a
Business Support Administrator to join us on a permanent basis in
Melbourne.

We offer a flexible hybrid working environment.

You will have the opportunity to **work from home up to two days
per week**, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.


This is a pivotal role in which you will have the opportunity to build relationships with our internal Business Support, Finance and People teams, as well as our senior hiring managers and talented new starters.


What you'll do


You will provide project and general administration support to our Global Mobility team, based across our Melbourne and Sydney offices.


You will fulfil the following duties:

  • Process mobility initiations (e.g. new assignments, extensions and demobilisations),
  • Prepare international and domestic assignment agreements,
  • Assist with the preparation of cost estimates,
  • Generate regular reports,
  • Maintain assignee and visa tracking systems,
  • Manage incoming communications and work requests via a central mailbox,
  • Process and coordinate vendor invoice payment, working alongside the internal finance team,
  • Participate in education and facilitation of Mobility Training workshops to relevant stakeholders.


You will receive on-the-job training in the technical components and procedures of the role allowing a solid foundation for your future career development.

About you


We are seeking a service-focused, proactive and tech-savvy individual who will provide a mature, composed and professional service to our internal managers and overseas or interstate employees awaiting mobilisation.


In addition, you will bring the following:

  • At least 5 years of office/team administration or project coordination,
  • Comfortable and confident with technology we require a developed skill level across Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, etc.) and Microsoft Office suite, specifically MS Excel,
  • Good level of numeracy and data skills,
  • Strong organisational and time management,
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills,
  • A selfstarter who can work independently, but also contribute proactively to a strong team environment,
  • Experience in supplying mobilisation and onboarding support would be favourable, as highly transferable.
