Allianz's Personal Injury division is seeking a
Business Optimisation Specialist to
facilitate business improvement and optimisation strategies by investigating, analysing, assessing, designing and support implementation of process improvement.
You'll be responsible for:
- Analysing Asis and Tobe states related to group of initiatives relating to process improvements
- Documenting business requirements to implement process and technology enhancements
- Identify ways to improve the internal customer value proposition and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to deliver improved outcomes.
- Identity and determine the cause of challenges faced in the business and develop innovative solutions to address these challenges.
- Investigate, assess and develop strategies and put appropriate monitoring tools to ensure improved outcomes for our business, employees and customers.
- Deliver on assigned projects and outcomes per the agreed scope and within time.
- Ensure Data
- Driven recommendations, analyse customer and operational data and measure the impact of recommended changes.
Important to your success:
- Experience in use case mapping, User Acceptance Testing, SysteM/Functional requirements, process flows, process mapping and improvement (AS-IS & TO-BE), creating user stories, change management
- Experience in data analytics and ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
- Demonstrated evidence of successfully leading and delivering projects with time, budget and resource constraints.
- Experience of working on process improvements within a matrixed insurance organisation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change through initiation and promotion of organisational transformation, leverage effective process, collaboration and communication to drive and achieve successful outcomes.
