About the Team


Uber Eats APAC Regional Strategy & Operations team is a tight-knit, impactful team that helps drive critical products and strategic priorities in the region.

We partner closely with senior leadership (both within the region and globally), cross-functional leadership, and our teams on the ground in each market.

Our team focuses on the regional product strategy & operations to launch and drive key strategic pillars like Membership and Ads and build the program from stage 0 to 1.


About the Role
You will be a key part of the regional Strategy & Operations team.

You will work closely with regional leadership & other members of the and partner with country local teams to build the roadmap and drive growth of the Uber Membership program with APAC.

membership is one of Uber's most important X-platform strategic bets, which you are expected to lead from the front both at Business & Product end.


We are looking for someone with a strong set of fundamental business skills, analytical ability, strong communication and along with project management skills has entrepreneurial rigor to roll up your sleeves when needed.

Has a keen curiosity, flexibility, and desire to work on a wide range of projects in a highly dynamic environment You should have a strong ownership mindset and be great at working with stakeholders across the board.


The Impact You'll Have

  • Build the roadmap for driving the key strategic Xplatform pillars of Membership offerings for APAC partnering closely with Uber Mobility counterparts
  • Lead the cross functional workstream closely partnering with country Ops and Strategy teams, Marketing, BD etc
  • Build and align strategy, run planning and governance and partner with finance team to drive the unit economics on a regular basis
  • Work closely with our global product managers to surface requirements and help shape the product for APAC market fit
  • Build targets and work with teams across all functions to define the joint roadmap to achieve them while owning the program growth end to end.
  • Leverage Strategic insights and data to identify grow Membership for APAC Delivery in a sustainable manner

Basic Qualifications

  • Extensive experience across technology operations, strategy, program or project management
  • Strong analytical and technical ability with SQL proficiency, as well as data management skills and experience with Excel / Google suite
  • Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to foster a cohesive and creative work environment
  • Excellent Stakeholder/ Partner management abilities with varied teams and members across countries & cultures and differing levels of seniority within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in consumer technology, and particularly in online food or ecommerce
  • Prior experience is Subscription/ Loyalty/ Membership programs
