The Opportunity:


This role will see you providing support to the Business Unit Lead and Directors, on exciting large local and global client accounts.

With a commitment to executing project objectives and delivering exceptional service, this role will offer you the opportunity to develop your career whilst networking and learning from market leaders.

The role will require the successful applicant to directly engage with other business units within WSP and more broadly with WSP clients.


The Team:

Our National Technology System team are highly qualified, experienced, collaborative and client-focused professionals. We deliver cutting-edge, innovative solutions for our clients in the AV, ICT, Security, Risk Management and Smart Buildings/Precincts.

The team operates as a highly autonomous and genuinely national team, allowing staff to work on local, national and international projects.


Main Activities and Responsibilities:
(including but not limited to)

You will work on a variety of project tasks and related administrative activities including:

  • Assisting with national and global team resourcing and scheduling
  • Assisting with the preparation and coordination of programme schedules
  • Assisting with endofmonth finance reconciliations
  • Light document control duties
  • Project and Administrative support serving as a liaison between stakeholders
  • Coordinating client requests associated with proposals
  • Ensuring the smooth facilitation of workflow for administrative and financial systems
  • Assisting with administrative marketing tasks
  • Providing support for diary and inbox management where required
  • Provide support to the team across internal business systems
  • Provide support to the Director and team in the delivery of milestones and project administrative tasks
  • Assisting with monthly reports

Experience, skills and organisational knowledge:


  • At least 3 years experience in a Project Administration or Personal Assistant role, preferably in a large organisation
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Enthusiasm to excel and a proactive, collaborative attitude
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and agility and flexibility to adapt to change
  • Excellent time management
  • A systematic and wellorganised work ethic including strong time and selfmanagement skills
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate with all levels of the business
  • Business acumen skills and high attention to detail
  • Clientfocused (both internal and external clients).
