The opportunity


The Delivery and Information team ensures the sustained health and maintenance of UniSuper's core systems and platforms, to provide high availability, stability and performance.

We remain committed to partner with business units to provide business driven scale and simplification, guidance and delivery of the Enterprise Portfolio and technologies required to enable business capabilities and support the execution of UniSuper's Strategy.


This role is accountable for being a critical member of Delivery & Information's Leadership Team and its overall Business Unit.

This role will have end to end responsibility for supporting our Chief Information Officer.

In addition to this you will:

  • Support the team of Team Coordinators, running weekly meetings ensuring alignment on key priorities and topics.
  • Plan key meetings, e.g., weekly Leadership Team meeting, quarterly Town Hall, Leadership Team Planning Days and other requests from the Chief Officer
  • Help support the quarterly new starters Business Unit Induction
  • Collaborate with the Business Management Office dept. to collate/distribute Chief Officer fortnightly communications and other general Business Unit communications, e.g., Newsletter/s
  • Support managing the Business Unit's communications channels; may assist teams to update pages to be relevant.
  • Support coordination of the Business Unit's Reward and Recognition Program
  • Assist in writing/proof reading papers for Committee meetings, Executive Leadership Team meetings and other ad
- hoc meetings as requested by the Chief Officer

  • Coordinate assigned Committees working closely with Chairs and Company Secretariat team; organise meetings/agendas and ensure meetings run efficiently; and collaborate with stakeholders/teams to draft papers for the Chief Officer and CEO to review to deadlines. Other requests such as arranging functions, travel, floor plans, visual directory, credit card system, invoicing, budget management, etc.

About you


We are looking for an individual who has worked in fast moving transformation environment and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity.


  • Ability to work within a sensitive environment and high ethical standards, especially in terms of confidentiality and pressure.
  • Superior communication skills and impeccable attention to detail
  • Superior ability to manage multiple tasks with autonomy including an ability to set priorities and work to deadlines, problem solve and make decisions.
  • Superior relationship building skills at all levels.
  • Highly competent and proactive in planning ahead, anticipating needs and managing all stakeholder requests; internally and externally.
  • Strong knowledge and ability in the Office 365 suite; including SharePoint Online (desirable) Experience in supporting a large team, not only an Executive.
