The role

ITS is seeking to engage a Business Change Manager to work within our department, driving change and communications for our internal clients and staff, as part of our Digital Master Plan, which outlines our transformation journey to improving services for our students, researchers, academics, professional staff and the wider university community.

As a Business Change Manager, you will work alongside senior leaders and business representatives within the University and project teams, to plan and manage change and communications activities, that gain commitment of staff and other stakeholders to embrace, adopt and effectively use digital solutions and changed ways of working.
