Your new team

  • Orygen Specialist Programs (OSP), a program of the Royal Melbourne Hospital, provides specialist mental health services for young people aged 15 to 25 (soon to be 12 to 25) and focuses on providing early intervention to young people with severe and complex mental illness.
  • The Orygen Health Information Service team ensures medical documentation is scanned and readily available on our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to optimise safe and timely mental health service provision for young people in OSP.

Your new role:


  • Action release of information requests received by external stakeholders, i.e. other health services, police, courts and so on
  • Compile clinical information from multiple databases
  • Prepare and scan documentation
  • Assist clinical staff with health information related tasks

About you:


  • Demonstrated clerical experience and administrative skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality in managing data and health information
  • Demonstrated team player with an ability to work as a team member in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use multiple databases
  • Demonstrated good attention to detail
