Your opportunity


Working directly with True Fleet Customers and the Nissan Dealer Network, this role is responsible for actively pursuing incremental fleet sales to drive and maximise long term fleet market share within the Eastern Region as well as supporting the Western and Central region.

You will be a hands-on fleet sales manager working through and with fleet and retail dealers, whilst building strong relationships and maximising customer growth.


Dealer management:
cohesively develop dealer fleet sales plans and identify/dissolve roadblocks to ensure goals are met and exceeded.

Proactive face to face dealer and client engagement that identifies, develops and converts high potential fleet sales opportunities whilst providing action plans to lift them to the level required to represent the Nissan Fleet brand in market.


Strategic Planning:

Business planning & development, building relationships across a diverse portfolio and business cases based on customer needs to drive sales and achieve regional fleet goals.

Manage regional product marketing to increase awareness of the Nissan Fleet Brand i.e. evaluation programs, events, sponsorship and drive days.


Market Analysis:
Utilising historical data to identify key opportunities and Fleet market share gaps.

Develop targeted value propositions and industry positioning strategies that demonstrate strength of offering and the client value while demonstrating an understanding of the regional landscape by using and referencing regional market share data.


Customer development and retention:
(Govt/NFP and SME fleet business)


Build and implement medium and long term customer and segment business development plans with a dual focus on new customer and expanding the Nissan product portfolio within existing customer fleets.

Through a proactive and highly engaging communication process, identify any opportunities to increase fleet sales opportunities within the current client base.


You will bring to this role

  • A strong team player with proven track record of working crossfunctionally and influencing stakeholders through excellent communication skills to drive business outcomes.
  • B2B Sales experience required to include prospecting, Key Account Management, Basic and intermediate selling/Customer Service.
  • Minimum 5 years' automotive sales/account management/business development experience.
  • Flexibility to travel to the Central and Western region
