This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced

Sales Representative

or Trades Person to join a successful Australian owned company based on Sydney's Northern Beaches, full product training will be provided.

Your new role will include visiting trade customers and new business development consulting with customers by providing advice and assistance with selecting the right product options, quoting, closing sales and advising on delivery times.

Enjoy the variety of assisting customers with everything from small renovations to new builds.

Your new role:

Developing new business prospects and opportunities for revenue growth by meeting with builders, trades people and DIY consumers
Providing a consultative service to clients customised on their needs, building strong relationships and repeat business
Estimating customised quotes and orders and providing ETA's
Liaising with builders, handyman and owner builders

To be successful in this role, you will:

Proven Sales experience (preferably in the building products or other industrial environment)
Proven track record of closing sales, building and approaching prospects and demonstrating the companies differentiators
Strong communication skills
Have an eye for detail and proactive approach
Be able to work well as part of a team
Building Industry knowledge and/or the ability to read plans would be a bonus, but not essential
Softech V6 estimating software highly regarded but full training will be provided

Enjoy this varied role, look after the customer journey and enjoy working Monday to Friday The business will also be closed over the Christmas period - so enjoy time with family on the beach.
