Melville Hyundai are seeking a customer focused
Assistant Service Manager / Service Advisor or Trainee for an exciting opportunity to join their vibrant Service Department.


To be considered, you will excel at establishing strong long-term relationships thereby creating outstanding customer confidence and continuously maximising customer satisfaction.

You will also act as a passionate, brand ambassador consistently promoting the highest standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with our Service Customers.

The Job:


  • Guide the customer through the service process to get them driving as quickly as possible
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences to fulfill their needs and enquiries
  • Receiving & advising customers on maintenance requirements
  • Advise progress of service/repairs being carried out
  • Provide information about the vehicle to enhance the driving experience
  • Meet and manage customer expectations
  • Provide technical support and advice
  • Resolve any issues and challenges
  • Collaborating with team to achieve sales targets and conversion rates
  • Ensure customer satisfaction (NPS)
