About the role

We have created a new role and are looking for a passionate and engaged Human Resources Business Partner to join our inclusive and supportive HR team based in Richmond NSW.

In this true generalist role you will act as a strategic business partner to deliver the HR Strategy and provide professional guidance and support to your stakeholders across the full scope of HR functional activities.

You will be involved in the negotiation and implementation of enterprise agreements for our blue collar workforce and case management of ER/IR matters as they relate to your portfolio.

While you will be based in Richmond, your portfolio will also see you support teams in Holsworthy and Adelaide (SA), so a schedule of travel to these sites will be required.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will work collaboratively in a team environment and develop positive and lasting professional relationships across a broad range of stakeholders by working to understand business drivers impacting their operations.

You will enjoy working in an autonomous environment with tight deadlines and competing or changing priorities.


The skills and experience best suited to this role:

  • A flexible and curious approach to stakeholder engagement
  • Extensive experience supporting a blue collar workforce
  • Previous experience in Enterprise Agreement negotiations
  • Experience in partnering with all levels of leaders, lifting their HR capability and supporting their operational business plans through best practice advice and guidance
  • Sound knowledge of Employee Relations including case management, investigations and interpretation of legislation and Enterprise Agreements
  • Tertiary studies in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Law or similar with previous industry experience
