Aveo is seeking a highly motivated
Assistant Community Manager to join our Aveo Ackland Park and Kings Park communities, located in Everard Park and Kings Park respectively.
As the Assistant Community Manager, you will work closely with the Community Manager to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the community.
Your customer-centred approach to your work and ability to connect with our residents will help you be successful. This role is a customer-facing role where you will be required to be organised, fast-paced and friendly.This is a fantastic and unique opportunity to work across two retirement communities - Aveo Ackland Park and Aveo Kings Park.
About the role:
- This is a
parttime Monday-Friday role meaning
no weekends: - You'll spend Monday and Wednesday supporting Ackland Park from 9-5pm
- You'll spend Tuesday, Thursday and Friday supporting Kings park from 82.30pm

30pm Friday finishes):
- Reporting to the Community Manager, you will work with residents, internal stakeholders and external contractors.
- Be the first point of contact for residents and their queries and concerns
- Ensure ongoing daily operations of village services including safety, security, maintenance and financial performance
- Increase resident satisfaction through the creation of fun and exciting social events
About you:
- Experience in an operationsbased role or senior administration role highly desirable (e.g Hospitality, Hotel/Tourism or Senior Admin)
- Highly computer literate as you will learn plenty of new programs
- Highlevel written and verbal communication skills
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Current Police Check certificate (required, but we can complete for you)
