Set 15 minutes from Brisbane CBD in a beautiful, waterfront location This iconic team is seeking a Property Manager to manage a small portfolio in one prestigious building.
The Position Available
- Full time
- Monday-Friday, 8.30am5pm
- Small, manageable portfolio of 80 properties endtoend management with support
- No leasing duties
- Some routine inspections and reporting
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Managing arrears
- Repairs and maintenance
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Completing entry and exit inspections
- Attendance at QCAT where required
- Cloudbased software
- 2+ years of Property Management experience
- QLD Certificate of Registration
- Strong legislation knowledge
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Outstanding telephone manner & time management
- Corporate presentation
- Valid driver's license
