Your role


As a Client Service Officer within the NSW Sheriff's Office, you will provide a range of clerical and administrative responsibilities to assist with the operations of duties conducted by Sheriff Officers and the courts.

We are looking for someone who can manage complex administrative tasks and provide quality professional client-services.

This role is suited for an individual with the ability to multitask in an environment of competing priorities and constant change.


What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage inbound/outbound phone calls
  • Supporting the efficient operations of the NSW Sheriff's Office including liaising effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Providing a high level of clerical and administrative support
  • Data entry and records management
  • Use technology and software
  • Manage complex administrative tasks
