Flexible working arrangement (9 day fortnight)

Full time hours during Monday to Friday
Salary ranges from $58,600 to $68,000 plus superannuation

About the role
This is an excellent chance for a self-driven person enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service.

You will efficiently deliver attentive customer service at the first point of contact and engage with our community in building positive relationships by identifying their needs and providing information and solutions to satisfy their reason for contact.

This position is an excellent opportunity to work in a small, close-knit community and make a difference within the community.

The successful applicant will possess;

Demonstrated experience in a frontline customer service role.
Demonstrated receipting, cash balancing, reception, telephone record keeping and cash handling skills.
Demonstrated experience in the creation and upkeep of procedures and managing records.
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to problem solve and negotiate with customers and gain a resolution.
Intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills and experience in word processing and spreadsheets.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
Excellent attention to detail.
