You've looked after multi-million-dollar procurement and property Opex and Capex budgets before, so you'll already have a sound grasp of procurement, financial payments, supply chain, logistics, mobile fleet, facilities, and property real estate management - including related support systems.

You'll join an experienced team that's changing the way it delivers for its customers. Ultimately, building on strengths, continuously improving, and delivering a better way of working for everyone. You'll have a team of seven deeply knowledgeable direct report managers that you can lean on for support. In return, you'll want them to feel supported and engaged.


As you grow into your role, you'll also feel at home with the unending support from our CFO, who you'll report to.


About the job:


This is a senior leadership position, that requires you to visibly guide your team and colleagues while supporting a Zero Harm environment around you.

This position plays an important role in consciously supporting and enabling a workplace culture that's consistent with a company's mission, vision, guiding principles, and values.

This role has accountability for developing and delivering corporate-aligned business unit strategies, business plans, budgets and continuous improvement.

At the same time, you'll manage business continuity support and integrated procurement, payments, supply chain, fleet, and property service levels and performance.


About you:

You're a procurement and supply chain leader at heart. Every fibre of you ensures your managers and their teams deliver against their business objectives and plans.


Your background and wide-ranging grasp of procurement, financial payments, supply chain, logistics, mobile fleet, facilities, and property real estate management gives you the insights to continually improve ways of working - and find better outcomes for customers.


You believe your extensive experience and proven achievement of leading, developing, implementing, and integrating procurement strategies, policies, plans, programs, and systems is second to none.

It'll be your zest for continuous improvement and transformation that will pave your route to success in this role.

As will your knowledge of financial and business performance (That's operating costs, efficient use of resources, and meeting performance targets and objectives).


To support everyone around you with a better way of working, you'll champion a modern view of automation and digital transformation.

Ideally, you'll have a degree-level qualification in Commerce, Business, Procurement and Supply and/or related or combined disciplines (e.g. Engineering combined with one of the above), together with relevant experience.
