About the Company
An Australian owned construction business who are market leaders within their large product base. Based in the south-east of Melbourne they are looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team.
About the Role
As the Production Supervisor you will work closely with the second in charge and the Production Manager to organise and plan the wider team on day-to-day operations.
In the role, you will implement the OH&S standards and requirements, build on the culture of the team, delegate and assist in deadlines and develop / train the team.
To be successful in the role, you will have the ability to be hands on and have the ability to work on multiple tasks / projects.
- Experience in similar production role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build an engaged and enthusiastic team.
- Ability to work cross functionally with internal / external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of equipment / Machine operation and maintenance
- Ideally a Forklift license or willing to learn.
