Our clients is the leading agency in the Northern Beaches Again in expansion mode they are looking the for an enthusiastic Property Manager who has a passion for providing the highest level of customer service.
This is an incredible opportunity to work in a designer offices, moments from the beach and where you are surrounded with the most supportive team of experienced Property Managers under the guidance of a super experienced and high energy department head.
The Position:
- Managing a neat portfolio of 180 properties.
- Conduct all aspects of Property Management
- Routine Inspections and Outgoing Inspections
- No leasing, No accounts, NO BDM
- Support from the admin team who assists with PM overflow.
- Monday to Friday only
- Opportunities for career development
- Must have previous experience in Property Management
- Will be a local Northern Beaches resident
- A current drivers license and Certificate of Registration
- Be high energy, outgoing and willing to be part of a team
- Committed to providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have a thorough understanding of the current market
