The
Gallagher Graduate Program is designed around building your career, providing support, training and learning in a 12 month rotational program to build essential business skills

The program covers:

Full employee onboarding and systems training
On the job learning and support from Team Leaders/Senior Managers to develop business and client knowledge
Support in attaining additional qualifications essential to providing general Insurance advice
Ongoing peer support with a buddy and mentor in the business
Businesswide rotational program to understand and learn more about different teams within Gallagher
Building relationships internally and externally by attending industry networking and client events

About you:

Bachelor's degree
Excellent interpersonal skills and keen interest in developing sales acumen
Flexible and ambitious nature with a desire to learn and develop
