Location - Parramatta

Employment type - Temporary 12 months, Full Time

Salary - Clerk Grade 5/6 ($89,707*:

  • $98,982), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading**

Your role


Provide support and coordination on a range of HR services within Multicultural NSW, including recruitment, administration, as well as contributing to strategic project deliverables.


What you'll do

  • Undertake recruitment activities to ensure effective, accurate and timely recruitment and selection.
  • Partner with our Shared Services provider to deliver effective and timely HR services.
  • Continuously review processes and procedures to ensure an efficient and responsive HR services for all stakeholders.
  • Provide advice and support to managers relating to HR matters such as recruitment and selection. Deliver highly responsive customer service on employment related matters across the employee lifecycle.

Empathy and discretion and sound judgement in delivering positive and harmonious workforce solutions


Ability to maintain a high volume and varied workload with completing demands and priorities with the provision of high-quality customer service.

Experience in contributing to policies, strategies and programs while balancing the complex and sensitive needs of stakeholders.


It is an essential requirement of the role that successful applicants are fully vaccinated and able to provide acceptable proof of vaccination status.
