The role:

Will assess and process high-risk and complex matters accurately and promptly in a manner that is consistent with the Agency's policies and procedures.

Providing authoritative reports to support registration and accreditation outcomes/decisions to the managment team.

The Registration Development Officer will provide support and guidance to other team members and support the manager in the training and development of staff.

You will be responsible for:

Resolve complex registration operational matters promptly, thoroughly and in a sustainable manner.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of the registration and accreditation functions of the scheme through comprehensive research, expert analysis and reporting and key stakeholder consultation.
Provide authoritative advice and reports relating to outcomes/decisions of a registration.

You will have:

Effectively supervise and provide leadership to a team of employees by leading and supporting individuals to achieve their potential and contribution to organisational goals and outcomes.
Set clearly defined objectives and priorities and operates accordingly, reviewing and adjusting as required
Strong experience working within the Government Sector is preferred.
