This Finance Administration role is working with a large distribution business with a strong presence across Australia and a focus on quality products and impeccable service.

Broadly you will provide administrative support to the finance team and be the connection between sales and treasury.

To be successful in this role you will have:


  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated administrative experience
  • Have a broad understanding of the accounts payable process, however this is not an AP role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be efficient is responding to queries within SLA timeframes
  • Excel experience and be a competent user


This role would suit either someone at the beginning of their career who has a great work ethic and some basic administrative experience alternatively this could be an experienced administrator with some exposure to accounts.

Your communication skills and commitment to learning something new is what we are looking for.

The role is to commence within a week and is has a high likelihood of going permanent.
