About the role:
We have permanent opportunity for an experienced Training & Verification Coordinator.
- You will be a valued member of a small training team and work with a range of stakeholders and customer groups throughout the corporation, and externally.
You will work as a part of a team to coordinate the Verification of Competency (VOC) program across the Corporation and assist with 'on-site delivery of the program alongside high risk/safety training and assessment professionals.
Ensuring compliance, reporting, and accurate record keeping is maintained and distributed regularly to key internal stakeholders, you will need your proven ability to build and maintain lasting, productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the Corporation.
- Administer training across the Safety and Wellbeing business unit by working with Section Managers to identify their team's training needs to plan, source and schedule course attendance and provide training compliance reports.
You will ideally have experience in large volume training administration and record keeping, and RTO experience will be highly regarded.
What the role involves:
- Aligning LMS records against already established (role profiled) LMS assignments
- Completing training needs analysis against training need for whole of business as related to the VOC program
- Using training needs analysis to establish a program rollout plan' that integrates with other planned training and project initiatives
- Managing training logistics where required such as scheduling attendees, event creation, date, time, location, cost, and operational implementation, including ensuring plant and equipment are scheduled with local teams.
- Use training and document management systems to effectively maintain compliance and ensure data integrity
Key Skills and experience:
You will have the capability to communicate, drive and influence others. A strong background in training is highly desirable, especially in high-risk, mobile plant, or RTO compliance. You will have excellent problem solving, learn concepts quickly and able to work well under pressure
