Role Description/Criteria
The College has a part time position available for a VET Trainer for SIT20421 Certificate II in Cookery.

Applicants must have the ability to make use of their industry experience in the classroom to deliver quality Cookery training to our students.

Our VET classes are held during Term time on Wednesday afternoons from pm with approximately one night per month running a Restaurant Night until 9.30pm.

This is a 12 month contract position to commence Term

The successful applicant will have:

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110/TAE40116)
Certificate III in Cookery (or equivalent)

- minimum 7 years industry experience
- excellent communication skills
- the ability to work successfully within a team
- a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children
- a current Victorian Working With Children Check and VIT Permission to Teach
