The Role:


The key purpose of this role is to support business operations nationally through the effective coordination of learning and development programs and compliance management across Australia.

Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to,

  • Advising and supporting the Otraco business with training compliance/development needs to meet our business requirements / priorities Nationally.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships to coordinate and develop an emerging L&D program across the Otraco business.
  • Support the delivery of agreed Otraco programs including distributing communications, program management and recording of completed training and competencies.
  • Sourcing external training opportunities for employees if required.
  • Undertaking other L&D related activities as directed
  • Assisting with the annual safety reinduction, including testing, rollout and reporting
  • Administrative Governance of all Otraco L&D training programs

About You:


  • Cert IV in Training & Assessing
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Working in a large organisation with a diverse workforce
  • Training records management; compliance and auditing
  • Knowledge & capability working with various Learning Management Systems (implementation and creation of LMS project desirable
  • Experience using Axcelerate platform is highly desirable
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Solutions orientated and able to respond to a rapidly changing environment
  • Team focused.
  • Relationship builder who can communicate at all levels.
