8 Steps to Self Care When You're So Exhausted Your Nerves Are Shot.

As many of you know I work with the Angelic Realm with my clients but this message is for all of humanity at this time and so I 'm posting here...
Beloved Ones
Today we wish to speak with you about your nerves.
With all the many changes your world and you have been going through it is not surprising that your nervous system would be feeling the brunt of all this activity.
We are seeing nervous exhaustion on a massive scale throughout the world. What we see from our dimension looks a bit like tightly wound coils of nervous energy that tightens as every event impacts upon you. This could be the weather, the political situation, work financial or relationship stresses.
We are concerned that you will burnout your synapses and you could short-circuit them.This would result in taking enforced time out while your bodies re-balance. This is not necessarily a bad thing, as all human bodies will need to be re-calibrated to the higher vibration, but it is not the only way to handle this situation.
You can do much to assist your body by ensuring you do the following:
1) get plenty of sleep
2) learn to rest your body outside of sleep
3) breathe deeply... and regularly notice when your breath shallows. Shallow breathing is a sign of stress.
4) earth yourself by walking barefoot on grass. If the weather is unsuitable get out in the rain and start hugging a tree or get your fingers in the mud. Ultimate option is daily but minimum is weekly.
5) Eat as much fresh green vegetables as you can
6) limit alcohol intake
7) visit a naturopath or health care professional who can prescribe a nerve tonic or other supplements to support this change.
8) Ask us to help you re-balance you. You can do this as part of your sleep process or at a time during the day. We will always assist, but you must ask for help.
Please know we are doing much to assist all of humanity in this time.
