    How will I help?
    The Residential Mortgage Broker business is a key acquisition channel for the introduction of new to bank home loan customers for Westpac Group, to assist with delivering on growth aspirations for Residential Lending.
    This role is to deliver to the overall broker experience and support Business Development Managers through strong market activation, sales leadership, visible market presence and an engaged and capable team.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Demonstrate proactive support for initiatives which enable improved time to right, market positioning, credit policy and adherence to regulatory requirements.

    • Ensure timely and effective management of complaint resolution, exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

    • Exhibit clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

    • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
