- Work closely with other Chapter Leads to establish an exceptional workplace, enhance Business Analysis and agile delivery capabilities by serving as an innovative leader.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Tribe Leads, Product Owners, Product Managers, and IT to identify and assist in achieving strategic goals by applying standardized processes to ensure clarity, precision, traceability, collaboration, and business continuity.
- Showcase a diverse toolkit of Business requirement visualization strategies like Customer Journey Mapping, Business Process flows, and Roadmaps to encourage collaboration.
- Establish consistency by defining Business Analysis Best Practice Standards with ongoing enhancements.
- Pertinent professional certifications and substantial hands-on experience.
- A champion, influencer, and role model for Agile principles, methods, and behaviors.
- A proactive, optimistic, and committed innovator with a focus on Customer & User experience.
- Proficient in facilitating prioritization, estimation, and planning sessions.
