    The Opportunity:

    Our Melbourne or Sydney design studio is looking for a Visual Technologies Consultant to join the Visual Impact Assessment team If you are passionate about shaping the visual character of our cities and communities, read onThis role involves delivering high quality technical, visual aids to be used in project design development as part of our National Design and Planning team's wide range of urban, rural and renewable energy projects.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to secure your position in this established but growing specialised field.

    You will:

    The Visual Technologies Consultant will be responsible for assisting to prepare certifiable 3 D photomontages for Visual Assessments for a wide range of large-scale projects.

    This will involve fieldwork, photography, understanding and compiling various data sets and preparing final ' 'client ready' visual aids.

    In particular you will need to: Undertake 3 D modelling / Rendering using 3 DS Max and understand how the process of preparation fits together by having a good understating of; : Assembling data for existing conditions, such as DEMs, Li DAR, feature surveys, aerials etc along with site photos and GPS or surveyed photo locations across NSW, VIC and QLAND.

    Your delivery of project work will meet established commercial targets, that supports the design team nationally.

    About you:

    Tertiary qualifications in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or Architecture at either a graduate or post-graduate level3 D modelling experience in Studio Max, GIS lite, and 3 D software programmes eg Revit/Sketchup is highly desirable.
