    • The Role

  • Fixed Term (up to August 2025), Full Time
  • Level 8 - $102,582 to $116,115 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Wagga Wagga (other locations and remote work may be considered)

    • The Manager, Future Student Marketing and Engagement will play an important role in developing, implementing and deploying programs and initiatives that support the university's goals of recruiting high quality applicants throughout Australia. The role is responsible for managing and developing a team of specialists to support strategic goals and ensuring optimal processes are in place aligned to industry best practice.

    To be successful you will have:

  • Demonstrated strategic planning skills to deliver outcomes and reach targets.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop a large and geographically dispersed team.
  • Highly developed communication and consultation skills with the ability to present and operate with influence.
  • Ability to analyse, compile and interpret data and information to provide insights for decision making.
