    About the Role
    We're looking for a Credit Control Officer to join our Finance Team on a 12-month contract.

    This role will assist with DUAL Australia's end-to-end credit control function to ensure compliance and delivery of accurate and timely results and support the Credit control Team Lead.


    This role will be responsible for:
    Allocation of premium and revenue receipts
    Collection of overdue debtors, including resolution of pending and dispute receipts
    Handling queries from internal and external stakeholders
    Reconciliation of premium bank account
    Preparation of daily and weekly reports
    Collaboration with DUAL's Shared Service Centre to provide technical guidance and feedback for quality assurance
    Assisting with auditing requirements
    Assisting with projects, such as system User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    About You
    The ideal candidate will have;
    One to two years of relevant working experience in large volume transaction business
    A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting/ Finance
    Studying towards CPA/CA is preferred
    Experience working with Microsoft office especially Excel at an intermediate level
    Excellent communication skills
    Outstanding attention to detail
    An ability to work independently and be able to remain self-motivated
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
