- Deliver statutory child protection services including assessment, intervention, casework, and case management in accordance with legislation and practice guidelines.
- Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team to provide integrated child protection practices.
- Maintain accurate case records in line with departmental policies, statutory responsibilities, and the child protection practice framework.
- Use evidence-based practices and participate in continuous learning, training, and professional development.
- Australian Driver's License (Open or P2).
- Right to work in Australia as a Citizen, Resident, or on a current visa allowing work.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Alternatively, an unrelated Bachelor Degree with at least six months work experience in a relevant field.
