- Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development and succession planning, to support employee growth and retention;
- Champion employee engagement initiatives, creating a positive work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered;
- Collaborate closely with leadership team and department managers to understand their needs and provide strategic HR support and solutions;
- Lead the operational management of the HR team, delegating responsibilities effectively for optimal performance;
- Spearhead the continuous review and improvement of capability and competency frameworks to enhance organisational effectiveness;
- Offer expert guidance in overseeing annual performance and remuneration reviews, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives;
- Drive the review and alignment of policies and legislation, guaranteeing compliance and mitigating risks effectively; and
- Provide support to HR Business Partners in managing and resolving staff issues efficiently, fostering a positive work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field,
- Demonstrated expertise with 10 years' experience within the professional services sector;
- Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years in staff management and delegation;
- Extensive experience in performance management and review, succession planning, and staff development activities; and
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating effective collaboration and clear ideas and directives.
