    Human Resources Manager

    Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for fostering talent and driving organisational success? We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a supportive team within the professional services sector.

    Reporting into the HR Director and leading a team of 3 you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the human resources function.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development and succession planning, to support employee growth and retention;
    • Champion employee engagement initiatives, creating a positive work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered;
    • Collaborate closely with leadership team and department managers to understand their needs and provide strategic HR support and solutions;
    • Lead the operational management of the HR team, delegating responsibilities effectively for optimal performance;
    • Spearhead the continuous review and improvement of capability and competency frameworks to enhance organisational effectiveness;
    • Offer expert guidance in overseeing annual performance and remuneration reviews, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives;
    • Drive the review and alignment of policies and legislation, guaranteeing compliance and mitigating risks effectively; and
    • Provide support to HR Business Partners in managing and resolving staff issues efficiently, fostering a positive work environment.

    Key requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field,
    • Demonstrated expertise with 10 years' experience within the professional services sector;
    • Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years in staff management and delegation;
    • Extensive experience in performance management and review, succession planning, and staff development activities; and
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating effective collaboration and clear ideas and directives.
