- Providing accurate and timely advice to the Regional Business Director and section leaders on commercial aspects of the region's operation including financial performance such as revenue and expenditure forecasting, resourcing, profitability of the region, partner programs and projects, as well as financial compliance.
- Coordinating the commercial activities and performance of the region through compiling budgets and monitoring the region's performance, especially work order management, whilst ensuring a visible and agreed integration platform.
- Managing the operations of the administrative, project administration and contract administration functions of the region to ensure that services meet the needs of our partners.
- Supporting Regional management to ensure timely and accurate reporting to partners on services provided against agreed performance indicators.
