Excavator/ Front End Loader Operator

Labourpower Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Excavator/Front End Loader Operators for positions based in the western Sydney area at a busy recycling centre The role is primarily to operate Plant and equipment for the receipt, process and transport of waste onto the site. There are great hours, great pay and conditions along with a long term career choice. These will be Genuine view to Permanent positions. The following requirements must be met

• 3 years Experience- operating Excavators/Front End Loaders
• Use of Attachments- Bucket, Grabs, etc
• Experience moving large quantities of stock around a job site
• Ability to Load/Unload other vehicles with Material.
• Similar experience as it is a fast paced environment. Willing to learn new products.
• Sorting of material with Machinery efficiently
• Assisting customers to ensure the correct unloading of waste at the site
• Maintaining effective working relationships with all other team members
• Ensure Machinery and equipment is checked and maintained in accordance with guidelines

To be successful you will;

• Own Transport
• Willing to work Ongoing
• Current VOC or Workcover Tickets
• Be able to Operate Machinery Efficiently and effectively
• Be available to start immediately
• Be confident to work unsupervised
• Be able to work at a fast pace while meeting all WHS regulations
• Current References
• Be Fit and Healthy

These roles are to be filled immediately and will consist mostly of Afternoon shift hours
