- Plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services relating to Kemerton materials movements.
- Visualize, facilitate, optimize, and coordinate raw material order cycle from start to finish.
- Ensure all logistics methods comply with Albemarle, local, state, federal, and international regulations.
- Track and report quality, quantity, stock, delivery timelines, and productivity
- Address any problems or complaints that may arise quickly and amicably.

- Annual review of Risk Assessments for the Logistics Department and Contractors
- Conduct Logistics contractors' mobile equipment inspections and audits
- External audits and inspections with regards to Logistics contracts
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role in mining or manufacturing environment
- Advanced computer skills including an intermediate working knowledge of SAP S4 TM logistics functionality.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross function, team orientated environment.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills with the ability to influence and negotiate

The Position
Reporting to the Logistics Superintendent the Kemerton Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day movement of all materials on and off the Kemerton site, this role will require communication and integration across all Production departments (Front End , Utilities , Back end and Packaging), SIMOPS and T3/T4 construction teams.
As a member of the Contractor management team, you will be responsible for conducting on site vendor audits and will be involved in all aspects of 3PL warehousing for finished goods including but not limited to leading the set up and continual management of various off site warehouses. There will be travel to off site Logistics vendors as required.
