    This is a hybrid role that requires working in the Perth office at least two days, preferably 3-4 days, per week. You'll be responsible for:

    • Designing learning interventions to enable our Allianz personal injury teams to be successful. You will be partnering and consulting with stakeholders, influencing learning outcomes, and designing digital and classroom learning based on Adult Learning Principles.
    • Utilising contemporary learning design principles and techniques to build learning solutions which are learner centric and contribute towards our desired learning culture.
    • Balancing the learner experience and innovation with a commercial lens through modern and fit for purpose design methodologies.
    • Designing learning aligned to learner needs of internal customers to deliver the relevant learning strategy.
    • Gathering requirements and assess suitability of potential learning solutions, providing expert L&D advice for the design of all learning solutions.

    About you:

    • Experience applying Adult Learning Principles in learning design for digital, self-service, e-learning and classroom facilitator-led learning.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills to liaise and collaborate with business leaders, influence outcomes, and translate intent into learning solutions.
    • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or other relevant post-graduate qualification is preferred.
    • Intermediate level experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Microsoft Office 365 applications and advanced level experience using Articulate for learning design.
    • Adaptability, flexibility, and preparedness to work in a dynamic environment responding to emerging risks, project challenges and achieve deadlines.
