- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Knowledge of CW1 preferred
- Knowledge of Customs ICS system preferred
- Knowledge of 1-Stop Program preferred

Our company, PSA BDP is a global logistics service provider with diverse service offerings from International Air and Sea freight forwarding to warehousing, Road, Rail, Customs Clearance, and project cargo management. We are based in Tullamarine.
Reporting to the Imports Manager, you will control and organize activities in small + savvy team relating to all types of Import Sea-Freight movements into all Australian base-ports. This will include the registration of Pre-Alerts, communication with Vendors, Agents, Customs and inter-company departments making sure of the most efficient result for the Customer and the Company.
