    Project Engineers – NSW

    Automation & Electrical Engineer – QLD

    Salt Search is partnering with a global FMCG company who has state of art manufacturing facilities throughout Australia & the globe.

    We are urgently recruiting for multiple roles in Central NSW & Southeast QLD (located near the best beaches in the country).

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    · Projects including CAPEX and OPEX onsite in their manufacturing facilities

    · Ensuring installations & implementations within budget, time, cost and quality & safety.

    · Updating/creating site technical drawings and documentation.

    · Lead and coordinate the contribution of all the stakeholders

    · Coordinating efforts with teams to assure a smooth transition to operations, after the qualification and the verification of the installation have been finalised.

    · Selecting, qualifying and coordination of contractors' activities.

    What qualifies you:

    • Completion of tertiary study in Mechanical, Electrical , Manufacturing, Chemical, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience CAPEX project Engineering experience
    • Project & people leading skills including developed analytical bugetary skills.
    • Experience working in food manufacturing environment – preferred.
    • Leaders will require a proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams, experience in managing and leading teams.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills and a proven capacity to influence and negotiate to drive high standards of performance and quality.
    • Self-management following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactively tracking them.
