    Position: Field Service Technician

    Description:

    We are looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to join us in Darwin. The role involves diagnosing and repairing engines on-site at customer locations.

    In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

    • Diagnose and carry out repairs on engines at customer sites.
    • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on engines and related components.
    • Seek guidance from experienced technicians or supervisors for unresolved issues.
    • Complete necessary documentation accurately and efficiently.
    • Identify additional service possibilities with customers.
    • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of service vehicles and tools.

    Requirements for this role:

    • Completed apprenticeship as an Engine Technician (Preferred).
    • Vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution.
    • Valid local driver's license.
    • Potential need for licensing to comply with regulations.
    • Extensive experience in field service work.
    • Advanced knowledge of engine products.
    • Strong customer service background.
    • Ability to provide guidance to junior technicians (preferred).
