    The Role

    We're seeking a full-time High-End Retoucher / Graphic Designer to join our team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Studio Manager, this role is crucial in managing the entire image processing workflow, from initial capture to final delivery, while also supporting the team with finished art and graphic design tasks.

    Key Responsibilities Will Include:

    High-End Retouching:

    • Performing high-end retouching on a wide variety of imagery, including product, lifestyle, and campaign photography
    • Managing the complete image retouching workflow, from raw files to final output, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and align with brand standards
    • Reviewing and approving all retouched images before final delivery
    • Implementing and maintaining quality control processes to ensure the highest visual standards are upheld.

    Finished Art and Graphic Design:

    • Supporting the design team by delivering finished art files for print and digital campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
    • Contributing to the creation of marketing collateral, including catalogues, digital banners, social media assets, and point-of-sale materials.
    • Collaborating with creative director and team members to develop and execute visually compelling campaigns.

    About You

    Experience: 5+ years of experience in high-end photographic retouching, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work.

    Technical Skills:

    • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
    • Familiarity with digital asset management systems.

    Organisational Skills: Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset to work effectively with photographers, creative directors, and the wider creative team.

    Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to imagery, platform usage, or project workflows.
