    Senior Policy and Project Officer, Professional Learning Partnerships

    The purpose of the Professional Learning Partnerships (PLP) team is to deliver targeted professional learning, aligned with the Department's leadership system architecture, through strategic partnerships that align to the Academy's objectives and functions. This includes Network based professional learning (WISE), Communities of Practice and the Harvard Graduate School of Education programs.

    As a Senior Policy and Project Officer you will be leading, managing, and supporting the inception, scoping, development, high-quality planning, delivery and governance of leadership excellence professional learning programs. You will also play a key role in developing and providing advice to various stakeholders on a range of policy and program matters (research, issues, innovations and data) related to the Academy's professional learning. Successful applicants will demonstrate a high level of initiative, experience and knowledge in program and project management. You will also have strong written communication skills and contract management expertise to support efficiency and timeliness and demonstrate the ability to adapt flexibly to rapid change in policy or program direction. You will liaise with and manage internal and external stakeholders, and build relationships, knowledge and capability to support the delivery of high quality professional learning.
