    The Job

    We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Parts Manager for our Parts Department who will lead and be a part of our friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic team. This role is a highly focused sales role with a commission based salary package to reward the high achievers. If you are a motivated parts manager with experience in Japanese automotive brands (preferred not essential), this role is the one for you.

    You will lead a team of up to 10 within the parts department, working across all 4 brands in Australia Cairns.

    Key Responsibilities include

    • Oversee, coach and mentor a team of 10 Interpreters
    • Optimise sales and gross profit performance
    • Support in Inventory Management processes on occasions
    • Works closely with Logistics & Distribution Manager
    • Achieve Sales and Gross Profit Targets.

    Essential skills/experience
    • Extensive interpreting experience
    • Demonstrated experience building customer relationships
    • Able to resolve conflicts with customers of all types
    • Able to lead a small team to optimum performance
    • Ability to prioritise multiple competing priorities
    • High level of personal drive and high work ethic
    • Exposure to Inventory Management
    • Highly comfortable with MS Excel
    Highly Valued skills/experience
    • Trade experience, or mechanical knowledge.
    • Previous Toyota dealership experience highly regarded
    • Experience using TUNE DMS preferable
