    Description

    Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

    This role is responsible for ensuring safe handling and distribution of medical gases. Cylinder Controller is required to uphold safety and quality standards, manage cylinder stock, liaise with stakeholders, and proactively address potential cylinder shortages.

    How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

    • Contribute and maintain a safe work environment at all times
    • Upkeep of our cylinders to ensure they meet/exceed quality standard
    • A contact point between our internal and external stakeholders
    • Assist with load/unload cylinders onto ALH, contractors and courier vehicles
    • Conduct regular stock take, inspection and maintenance of cylinders
    • Unloading, loading and movement of cylinders (up to 25kg)
    • Manage the cylinder storage area in accordance with our standard operating procedures
    • Liaise with management and report on current stock levels and daily shortages
    • Proactively advising the team if cylinder shortages are anticipated at a future date

    Are you a MATCH?

    • A valid, manual Australian drivers and forklift license is essential
    • Experience with stock inventory devices and asset management systems and work practices
    • Effective communication skills
    • Ability to work well autonomously
    • Computer literacy
    • Dangerous good training and load restraint training would be favourable
